Fairfax Brakes is a DBA of Precise ADAS LLC. By requesting a quote, scheduling service, or otherwise using our website or services, you agree to the terms below.

Our Services

Fairfax Brakes provides mobile brake repair services, including free brake inspections, brake pad and rotor replacement, and related brake system diagnostics (including EPB/electronic parking brake and ABS systems), performed at the customer's home or office. We do not perform repairs unrelated to the brake system.

Quotes and Pricing

Quotes provided by text, phone, or in person are estimates based on the information available at the time and are subject to change if an in-person inspection reveals additional parts or labor are required. We will always confirm final pricing with you before beginning any paid work. Free inspections do not obligate you to purchase any service.

Scheduling and Cancellations

Appointments are scheduled based on technician availability in your area. We ask that you provide reasonable notice if you need to reschedule or cancel. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may affect our ability to offer future appointments.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept the payment methods communicated to you at the time of scheduling.

Warranty

Parts and labor for brake services performed by Fairfax Brakes are covered by a 12-month / 12,000-mile warranty, whichever comes first, against defects in workmanship and parts installed by us. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, normal wear and tear beyond the warranty period, or work performed by other shops after our service.

Limitation of Liability

Fairfax Brakes is not responsible for pre-existing vehicle conditions unrelated to the brake system, or for issues arising from a customer's decision to decline recommended repairs. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

By providing your phone number, you agree to receive SMS messages from Fairfax Brakes related to your service request. See our Privacy Policy for full details on SMS communications and how we handle your information.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
